Ordering Help

• To add any item on our site to your Shopping Cart, choose the "Add To Cart" button at the lower right corner of the page.
• In order to checkout and complete your order you will need to go to your Shopping Cart and select the "Checkout" button in the lower right corner.
• After selecting the Checkout button you will be prompted to Login to your account or if you are a new user you can now create a new account. Once this is complete you will be taken back to the Checkout proccess.
• Please complete all steps in the checkout proccess so that we will have a correct shipping & billing address for your order.
• Once your order is complete you will be taken to a confirmation page thanking you for your business with us.

Marble Size Chart

The marbles on our store are machine made from 100% glass (some glass is recycled).
Some of the marbles are handmade and are also 100% glass.
The crystal spheres/marbles are made from Austrian or Italian crystal.
Please view the size chart to compare what different sized marbles look like. This marble size chart is only to show you the relative sizes of marbles it is not the actual size of the marbles.

Shipping Information

• We try to process and ship orders on the same day of purchase if we receive them in time for our scheduled pickups. Otherwise they will ship on the next business day. On rare occasions it could take us an extra day or two to ship. Please just let us know if we need to get them out sooner and we will do our best. We use UPS ground for our FREE SHIPPING method.

• If your purchase is $65.00 or more up to $500.00 we offer FREE SHIPPING in the US ONLY UPS Ground or the best method available to us.

• If you need a package shipped Overnight, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select please choose that method on checkout. We will contact you immediately if your package can not go on the same day.

• The ONLY GUARANTEED delivery date shipping is US Express Overnight, UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day. Everything else is NOT A GUARANTEED shipping delivery time.

• There will be a $10.00 service charge added to all orders shipping United States Postal Service to any country outside of the US Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

• We will sometimes ship products directly from the manufacture to you using US Priority or UPS. We would however need a street address for UPS as they do not ship to PO Boxes. UPS does not deliver or ship on weekends or some holidays unless you pay an extra fee. If we do not have a street address we will ship it US Postal Service to the PO Box.

• We usually use UPS Ground for our FREE SHIPPING. You can expect your package to be delivered in 2 to 7 business days from shipment. Weekends and holidays are not counted as shipping days by the shipping companies.

• If the FREE SHIPPING package is returned or not delivered for any reason or the order cancelled once shipped you will be charged the shipping/handling cost that we paid for.

• Please be sure that your shipping address is correct because if it is "Returned", "Unable to Deliver", "Wrong Address" , "Sent to the wrong address" or any other problem because it is typed incorrectly or the wrong address is typed in for shipping address you will be responsible for any extra charges and any reshipping costs.

• PLEASE DO NOT PUT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IN THE COMMENTS BOX OR JUST TELL US ON THE PHONE, IT CAN GET OVERLOOKED. TYPE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IN THE SHIP TO ADDRESS WHEN FILLING OUT YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A PACKAGE SHIPPED TO A WRONG ADDRESS IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS NOT ENTERED CORRECTLY IN THE CORRECT PLACE. WE USE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN WE ARE SHIPPING NOT THE COMMENTS BOX.

• Once a package is shipped from our business office or direct from a warehouse we are not longer responsible. You will have to contact the shipping company for instructions on tracking or replacement if insured. If a package is sent uninsured we do not take responsibility for replacement of products.

• We ship UPS or US Postal Express International or US Postal Express Guananteed ONLY INTERNATIONALLY. Our products do not fit in Flat Rate Envelopes. If we do ship Internationally using US Postal the customer agrees that we will be realeased from all responsibility for a package being lost, damaged etc: We will however fax or email to the customer the receipt from the postal service that it was mailed. Packages shipped by US mail are not always able to be tracked, insured or guaranteed by the postal service and we can not track, insure or guarantee them either.

• USPS - United States Postal Service delivery times:
  3-4 days delivery from next day of shipment to most addresses in the United States.

Notification of Orders and Shipping

• We will email you that we have received your order and we will attach your paid invoice to the email. Your invoice will advise you of what you purchased, at what cost, shipping method, cost and when your package was shipped.

• You can also always SIGN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT any time to view the posted processing of your purchase. We will post if it is processing, waiting payment, credit card declined, cancelled or shipped. You just click on LOG IN on the top bar of every page and ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD and then click on MY ACCOUNT located on the top bar of every page and then you can check your account for updates on your purchase or change your personal information. When you are finished click on CART and clear anything that might still be in your cart and then click on LOG OFF located on the top bar of every page and you will be notified that you have logged of successfully.

  Return Policy

• We do not accept returns except under expressed permission from Dwight, RainbowTurtle, Krista or Aaron. We will only accept returns for DEFECTIVE, BROKEN or DAMAGED from the FACTORY products. DAMAGE from SHIPPING is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). We will treat any "defective/damaged/broken product" on an individual basis and whenever necessary credit or refund all or partial product costs. If you return products for any other reason with permission you will receive a STORE CREDIT for the amount of the product less shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee. We expect that all returned products are in the same condition as when they were shipped with unopened packaging and packaged and shipped the same as when they were received.

• ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT ONLY.

• Our glass marbles, gems and other products are machine made unless otherwise stated. They are not consistent in color, shape or size. They will have some folds, nicks, color variation (either from dye lots or different monitors) and bubbles. This is normal it is not a defect in the glass it is not optical glass. Please Note Descriptions and uses for Flat Marbles/Gems

• Flat Glass Marbles are machine made and will have some folds, bubbles or marks in them. This is normal and it is not an imperfection, they are not optical glass. They are not all exact in size or shape.

• Flat Marbles/Gems are designed/made for use in floral vases, decorations etc: They were not designed for use in crafts such as necklaces or magnets that need a clear piece. Many people us them for this purpose but there might be a percentage of them that can not be used for this purpose and would be waste. We can not be responsible for the waste when used in crafts.

• The Marbles, Flat Marbles, Glass Shapes, Nuggets, Seaglass and Gems sold by weight have an approximate number per pounds. They vary in size and can not have an exact count per pounds only an approximate number.

• We take the pictures of our products ourselves. We are not professional photographers and we do not try to enhance the pictures. We try our best to take them as naturally as possible to show you the product as clear as we can. On our monitor they appear very close to the actual color but all monitors are different and we do not have any control over how they appear on another monitor. You will have to decide for yourself if the color is right for you. We do not accept returns if the color is wrong. All original shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded and original free shipping paid by us will be charged to the customer upon return of product. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping. Because of our costs involved we will also charge a 15% re-stocking fee for all returned products.

• If there is a problem (defective product as stated above) with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will only accept problems concerning products up to "10 business days" from our shipping day. If there is a problem with the product, customers will know upon receipt. We ship our packages with delivery confirmation and are notified by the carrier of when the package was delivered.

• You are always welcome to report any problem by email: Enquiry@rainbowturtle.com (24 hours a day) or by phone: 1-503-788-3396 (7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday and Friday 7:00am to 12:00 noon Pacific Time). After the 10 business days from shipment we assume the product was received with no problems and are no longer responsible.

Many of the products marbles, wooden toys, etc. are very tiny and should not be given to children under 3 years of age. This is a guide line for parents, adults or guardians for children. You know your childrens habits and ability levels and it is up to you to decide what is safe to hand to your child and what is not. We can only let you know that small objects toys or not can be dangerous for young children.

• Glass marbles, shapes, gems or other glass products can break or chip and are sharp, Glitter is a powder or small particals that can get into eyes or mouth, toys are small or breakable or may have sharp parts. We can not mention all hazards or safety precations here for all products so it is the sole responsability of the adult when ordering or purchasing. When ordering or purchasing you assume full responsibility for your safety or the safety of anyone you may let use or give these glass products to.

• To use this website you must be 18 years or older. Once your order is placed you have confirmed that the above age requirements of 18 years are true and met.
