Rainbow and Family:
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your assistance. My son and I have had a hard time locating marbles for my 7 year old grandson. He is totally into marbles right now, and your assistance is going to make him a very happy little boy this Christmas. He lost his other grandmother this past year and it will be his first Christmas without her.
Because you were so kind, helpful and attentive to my situation, I have received the marbles which were carefully selected one by one. They are totally awesome, and will bring the biggest smile to my grandson's face. I cant' believe that I received my order within 2 days at this busiest time of the year. I haven't gotten this great service from anybody in a long time, locally or online. I am so impressed, and very very grateful.

My husband drove to town this morning to buy bird food, and to pick up the mail (the nearest small community is 13 miles east of us). It seems like only yesterday I ordered the marbles, and there they were in the mail box. Boy, were we surprised.

I just received my order that I placed just 2 days ago! The colors of your drops (Jumbo Gems) are amazing! I want you to know that I am thrilled with your service, prices and incredible selection! After searching the web and trying to contact several sites we found your site. And we are so happy that we did. Your customer service is bar none and you are truthful in your advertising. We were on sites that said they were wholesale and after really comparing them with yours the pricing is very close. How could they be wholesale? Your shipping is very close compared to other sites but you ship the products out so quickly that we got them much sooner than we expected and they were packaged very well. Hi, In early January, I placed an order for Jumbo Gems and marbles. At the time I explained that I used them to make small glass turtles that I sell at a small Farmer's Market and a couple of local craft fairs. I have made these for many years and have always bought my gems and marbles at my local craft store. In the past 3 or 4 years --( or maybe longer) I have not been able to get the bright clear red, cobalt blue and Kelly green. All the colors lately seem to be the iridescent colors and even those are not the lovely bright colors. I was so happy to find your web site and be able to order my favorite colors and sizes.... the jumbo gems and regular sized marbles have all but disappeared from the 2 craft stores I have access to. Surprisingly I have found the iridescent jumbo gems and regular marbles sometimes at my local dollar store... the colors are limited, but I am glad to see them still around. At the time of my order, I asked for the larger of the gem stones if possible, and you were very gracious to send me nice sized ones....Thank you! You asked me to show you a picture of the turtles.... so I have enclosed a couple... thanks again... I love your gems and marbles....the quality is fine and the price reasonable. I needed a very particular type of glass marbles for a client in St. Helena. For
some reason, marbles are harder to find than you might imagine. After
contacting three or four manufacturers and getting the brush off from a few
still waiting for my samples, meh , I found Rainbow Turtle and they have been the greatest.
They have an easy to navigate website and a wide selection of glass products.
They will answer the phone and give you helpful info. Both times
my orders shipped out quickly without any problems. They even called
me to confirm/correct a mistake I had made on an order invoice.

Thanks for trying. I did find something that worked out with the vases that I have and the purple ones I ordered originally. I used a clear votive holder inside and put the gems between that and the vase and used a tea light. There is enough candle light that you can then see the purple – very pretty!!!! Thanks for the suggestion! I will remember your place of business if I need any other gems – you were great to work with. I have lots of friends who have kids getting married – I’ll be sure to recommend you. The website is great – lots to choose from. Again, thanks for trying to help me out.
